1. Acceptance of Terms

Insha by Schnell is provided by Schnell Solution LLC ("Schnell", "we", "us"). By accessing or using Insha by Schnell, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Use Insha by Schnell only for authorized work. You are responsible for uploaded content, compliance with applicable law, and adherence to any project-specific obligations. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Permitted Use and Restrictions

Insha by Schnell is provided for professional engineering document review, analysis, and compliance checking purposes. You may not use the platform to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models, algorithms, or proprietary systems. You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits, security controls, or access restrictions. Automated scraping, bulk extraction, or redistribution of platform outputs without authorization is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all documents, drawings, and files you upload to Insha by Schnell. The platform, including its models, analysis systems, user interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Schnell Solution LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reports and outputs generated by Insha by Schnell based on your documents are provided for your use but do not transfer ownership of the underlying platform technology.

5. Service Availability and Modifications

Insha by Schnell strives to maintain continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice when possible.

6. Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices shown on the pricing page exclude VAT and other sales taxes, which are added at the time of payment where applicable. A receipt is issued for every charge.

14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a subscription plan, contact us at WhatsApp within 14 days of the initial charge and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your paid features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account returns to the Free plan. Outside the 14-day window (including renewal charges), refunds are assessed case by case and are not provided for partial billing periods. We may decline a refund where usage indicates abuse of this policy. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

Insha by Schnell provides AI-powered engineering analysis as a professional support tool. All outputs, compliance findings, and recommendations should be reviewed and verified by qualified professionals before being relied upon for design decisions, construction, or regulatory submissions. Insha by Schnell is not a substitute for professional engineering judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schnell Solution LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Insha by Schnell is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information and uploaded documents. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination and Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or deactivated for abuse, fraud, violation of these terms, or attempts to bypass security controls and platform safeguards. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately, though you may request export of your uploaded documents.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of Insha by Schnell shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
